Triumph Bancorp Announces Closing of Public Offering of Its Common Stock

DALLAS, Aug. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:TBK) (the “Company”) today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 2,530,000 shares of its common stock, including 330,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters' full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares, at a price to the public of $27.50 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $69.6 million. The net proceeds to the Company, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company, were approximately $65.6 million.

Stephens Inc. and Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, A Stifel Company acted as lead book-running managers for the offering.  Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. and Wells Fargo Securities acted as co-managers for the offering.
