On April 13th, 2017, Erica was diagnosed with a rare condition known as Idiopathic Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (IPAH). It is an extremely rare and progressive disease with no known cure affecting approximately 3 in every one million people in North America.

As part of the elite Craig Proctor Platinum system, Warren volunteered to participate in the auction, to help alleviate family living and medical expenses. Jennifer Wehner, an agent from Phoenix, AZ won the bidding to spend a day shadowing Warren at his Yardley location and learning how to grow her already successful business.

To donate one day to benefit the Castrillon family – it’s a no brainer, and really flattering.”

All told the Craig Proctor Platinum group raised a whopping $221,000 for the Castrillon family, with various events such as auctions, a 50/50 raffle, fundraiser meal and drink tickets and the sale of donated books and learning materials.
