(the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:BCF) is pleased to announce that it has closed its public offering of 219,975 Class A non-voting shares ("Class A Non-Voting Share") of $10.00 per Class A non-voting share (the "Offering Price"), for gross proceeds of $2,199,750 (the "Offering"). The net proceeds will be deployed in the business immediately.
