LAS VEGAS, April 10, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Station Casinos LLC (the “Company”) today announced that it has issued a conditional notice of redemption for $250 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7.50% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”).  The redemption of the Notes is subject to the condition that the Company shall have obtained gross proceeds of at least $250 million from borrowings made pursuant to an increase in term loans under the Company’s existing credit agreement (the “Financing Condition”).  The redemption of the Notes is expected to occur on May 10, 2017 (the “Redemption Date”). 

Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the Financing Condition, Station intends to redeem $250 million in aggregate principal amount of its Notes at a price equal to 103.750% of the principal amount of such Notes, together with accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date.  The redemption is being made in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes.
