Restaurants Across the GTA Welcome Insects on Their Menu For Earth Week April 17-22

Awarded a grant by the Ontario Greenbelt Fund, Ontario-based Entomo Farms, North America’s largest cricket farm, sets out to introduce Ontario restaurant-goers to the nutritious, delicious and environmentally sustainable cricket through creative cuisine. Participating restaurants include all Ontario locations of Milestones restaurants, all locations of Select Sandwich restaurants, El Catrin Distileria, Ground Burger Bar, and many more.
