MVP vs. Rob Van Dam Main Event Headlines Seven Huge Matches

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, February 27, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Pacific Coast Wrestling® (PCWTM) announced its full card for its next event, “High Tide”, March 24, 2017 in Wilmington, CA. Headlining the card is the main event - Montel Vontavious Porter (MVP) versus reigning PCW Heavyweight Champion, Rob Van Dam (RVD).

MVP, who was the first Intercontinental Champion for New Japan Pro Wrestling and a former WWE United States Champion and Tag Team Champion (with Matt Hardy), will get his first chance at PCW gold after aligning himself with Caesar Black.

RVD is recognized as one of the most decorated pro wrestlers of all-time, having held the ECW Television and Tag Team Championships (with Sabu), the WWE Championship, Hardcore Championship, Intercontinental Championship, European Championship, Tag Team Championship (with Rey Mysterio), World Tag Team Championship (with Kane and with Booker T), and the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and X Division Championship. RVD successfully defeated Willie Mack in his first title defense in January.

Also on the card: international superstar Penta Zero M will battle newcomer Flip Gordon; Alexander Hammerstone will take on Douglas James for the PCW Light Heavyweight Title; Los Luchas will challenge Warbeast for the PCW Tag Team Titles; Sami Callihan will battle Jeff Cobb in a match up of heavyweight contenders; Willie Mack will wrestle Keith Lee in a battle of big men; and Xtreme Tiger will wrestle Rey Fenix in what is expected to be a lucha libre clinic.

High Tide – will take place Friday, March 24th, 2017 at the Longshoremen’s Memorial Hall in Wilmington, CA. Tickets are $25 for General Admission, $50 for Gold Circle and $75 for Platinum, which includes a meet and greet with many of the wrestlers. Tickets are being sold on EventBrite.com.
