("CER" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CFL) is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated January 31, 2017, it has completed the sale of the assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary, 4-Way Equipment Rentals Corp. to Cooper Rentals Canada Inc.

Gross cash proceeds from the transaction will be approximately $8.5 million. Net proceeds after transaction costs and post-closing adjustments will be applied against CER's senior indebtedness.
