Emerging Superstar to Compete for PCW During 2017 Season

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, January 25, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Pacific Coast Wrestling (PCW) announced today that it signed emerging super star Alexander Hammerstone to wrestle exclusively for the promotion in Southern California during its 2017 events.

Hammerstone, who has dominated the independent wrestling circuit, has performed on the majority of PCW’s events since the promotion launched in January of 2016. With this signing, Hammerstone is expected to wrestle in all of the remaining 2017 events.

“There is no doubt in my mind that Alexander Hammerstone is going to be a star in professional wrestling,” commented Mike Scharnagl, PCW’s Owner. “He has the look, the dedication and the skill set to be one of the next big things in wrestling. He saw an opportunity to be the biggest and strongest light heavyweight, cut the weight to get down to the weight, and is now the most feared wrestler in the light heavyweight division.”

Terms of the agreement were not released; however PCW plans to offer Hammerstone branded merchandise and memorabilia while the superstar competes for the promotion during its 2017 events. Hammerstone is scheduled to wrestle Douglas James at High Tide on March 24 for the PCW Light Heavyweight Championship.

High Tide – will take place Friday, March 24th, 2017 at the Longshoremen’s Memorial Hall in Wilmington, CA. Tickets go on sale to the general public, Thursday, January 26th and are $25 for General Admission, $50 for Gold Circle and $75 for Platinum, which includes a meet and greet with some of the wrestlers.
