Core-Mark Announces Expiration of Supply Agreement

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Jan. 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:CORE), one of the largest marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions to the convenience retail industry in North America, announced the expiration of its supply agreement with Kroger Convenience effective April 2017. The expiring agreement covers approximately 680 stores, reducing Core-Mark’s total location count to approximately 44,000.

“We are proud of our successful partnership with Kroger Convenience and despite the non-renewal, we are excited about our underlying momentum in the marketplace,” said Thomas B.
