TORRANCE, Calif. – Evaluating vehicle attributes such as safety, cost of operation, environmental footprint, total design, occupant comfort and price, the Hispanic Motor Press Awards jury panel voted the 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback as its compact car of the year.
