Trainor met with students at Rutgers Business School in Newark, N.J. and the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University. Both guest lectures were delivered on Nov. 15, 2016. Trainor, who has nearly three decades of leadership experience, shared insights on corporate branding, effective management, and training.

"Working with businesses to solve some of their most pressing human resources and process needs provides us with a wealth of knowledge that translates well into the university classroom setting," Trainor said. "I thoroughly enjoyed sharing insights on what works and what doesn't work in business."

University professors at both schools said their students benefited from Trainor's remarks because they helped connect classroom concepts to real-world examples.

Rutgers professor Dr. Sonia Monga said her MBA students had a lot to learn from Trainor's experiences, especially around his discussion of Viventium's recent rebrand.

Montclair State University professor Dr. Jie Gao also praised Trainor's contributions to her "Service and Nonprofit Marketing" class.
