The Toy of the Year awards is the Toy Industry Association's annual event recognizing the best in play for each calendar year in the toy industry.

Winning products are selected based on votes from mass and specialty toy retailers, journalists, TIA members and consumers, and will be announced at the February 17, 2017 awards ceremony in New York, marking the kick-off to the 114th annual North American International Toy Fair.
