Press release on Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov’s meeting with Guinean Minister of State for Investment and Public-Private Partnership Ibrahima Kassory Fofana
On October 19, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Envoy for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov met with Ibrahima Kassory Fofana, Minister of State for Investment and Public-Private Partnership in Guinea’s Presidential Office and Co-Chair of the Russian-Guinean Commission for Economic, Research-Technical and Trade Cooperation, who is in Moscow on a working visit.
The officials exchanged views on the future development of the entire range of traditionally friendly bilateral relations, in particular the implementation of the decisions made at the fourth session of the Russian-Guinean Commission, which was held in Moscow in April 2016. They also reaffirmed the shared commitment of Moscow and Conakry to step up political dialogue and cooperation in trade, the economy, research, technology, culture and other areas.
