UtilityScore's nationwide data, now available in the ATTOM Data Warehouse, includes annual and monthly electric bills, natural gas bills, and water/sewer bills, along with neighborhood-level utility costs.

UtilityScore is the new standard metric to compare utility costs of homes and is the first to build complex proprietary models for every home in the U.S. They calculate utility cost and savings estimates using more than 7,000 local utility rates, property characteristics such as size and age, along with regional climate data. Each home is assigned a score between 1 and 100 to show how its utility costs stack up with others in the area, with 100 representing a very low utility bill and 1 representing a very high utility bill.
