Adaptive Geriatrics, now operating as Legacy Care, a division of LGS Medical Services Group, provides on-site support and higher quality medical care to thousands of patients at over seventy long-term care facilities. The Company consists of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners who are dedicated to providing on-site medical care to residents in post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities.

LGS is a leading provider of training, security, information assurance, and program management services in global support of agencies such as the Department of Defense, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security.
