The support made possible the purchase of a new Hatzalah ambulance. Hatzalah is an all-volunteer ambulance squad and the Union County chapter has 23 EMT responders, 13 dispatchers and 3 ambulances, making it the largest chapter in the country.Hatzalah Chief Yudi Abraham, said the day was about "the tribute to Aviv Henry Boaz," a former Yellowstone Capital associate that recently passed away. Emblazoned on the side of the new ambulance is a dedication to Boaz.
"Yellowstone Capital is our largest supporter financially," said Abraham. "They're like a silent partner."
The Union County chapter's volunteers donate a collective 400 hours a week to the service.
"We're proud to have supported a great cause on a tough day to honor a great friend," said Yellowstone Capital CEO Isaac Stern.
