/EINPresswire.com/ -- Common Sense, the nation's leading nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families and educators thrive in a world of media and technology, announced today that Jessica Lindl has been named vice president and general manager of Common Sense Education. Ms. Lindl brings a wealth of experience to the organization, having amassed more than 15 years of overseeing companies and teams that design, develop, market, and sell deeply impactful learning offerings to the global education market.

"I'm delighted that Jessica is going to be leading the Common Sense Education team," said Amy Guggenheim Shenkan, president and COO of Common Sense. "I am excited and deeply honored to be joining the education team at Common Sense," Lindl said. "As digital learning continues to transform the classroom, Common Sense is clearly the leader in providing high-quality digital literacy and citizenship programs to educators and partnering with them to create personalized, engaging learning environments for all students so they can learn, thrive, and succeed."
