New crowdfunding campaign for HomeHub

New app to improve communication between estate agents and vendors.

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Crowdfunding-Categories presents HomeHub

New property management app HomeHub has now launched its first ever Kickstarter campaign, seeking investment of $20,000 to build and improve its system.

Recognizing a niche in the market, the HomeHub team have created an app that can help real estate agents to coordinate with vendors, scheduling the right vendor at the right time for the right property. It was developed as a result of brainstorming sessions between agents and vendors, and connects users with qualified vendors in their area, from electricians and contractors to photographers and lawyers. In addition, it syncs information about the property, enabling agents to schedule and send pre-populated work orders to her preferred vendors, reducing the risk of miscommunication.

The HomeHub team have vetted a huge number of vendors from across the nation, making it easy for agents to find the right person in the right location at the right time, without needing to worry about reputation and quality of work.
The app also allows agents to access preferred vendors in territories to which they may be looking to expand, ensuring reliable vendors even if they don't know the geographic area.

The Kickstarter campaign will run until Friday, September 30th, with funding of $20,000 required for the project to be launched. Those who pledge $100 or more will benefit from three free months of the monthly membership app should HomeHub become fully funded. All funding received will be used to build the web-based app, and to manage improvements to the app on an ongoing basis.

Says a company spokesperson to HomeHub, "Apps have really taken off in all areas of the industry - and the property market is no different. After brainstorming with both estate agents and their vendors, we realized there was a need for a web-based app that simplified certain elements of the property purchase process. We've launched HomeHub to improve communications between estate agents and their vendors and contractors, using technology to create a property management tool that simplifies processes and saves time."
