COLUMBIA, Md., Aug. 01, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE:GRA) today announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share.  The dividend is payable September 14, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business as of August 23, 2016.
