SAN ANTONIO, July 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) (“Valero”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock of $0.60 per share.  The dividend is payable on September 8, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2016.
