The Company announced in its 2014 Annual Meeting notice that in future years the Company will be following its bylaws, adopted many years ago, regarding annual meetings which specifies that, absent contrary notice beforehand, the annual meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. on July 1st at the company's offices.
