Conceived after a long personal journey to discover her individual beauty, Petula Skeete created the #beautyFULL You Women's Conference to focus on empowering women on a local level and to encourage them to share their stories and spark a global conversation about inclusive beauty. The conference is meant to dispel the idea of beauty being defined by impossible-to-live-up-to standards and to, instead, celebrate what makes each woman individually beautiful.
