In connection with the Trust's termination, the amount of $3.93858311 per Trust unit, representing the net asset value per unit of the Trust upon termination, after paying, retiring or discharging all known liabilities and obligations (actual or contingent) of the Trust, has been distributed to the Trust's unitholders of record.
