PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - June 23, 2016) - TigerLogic Corporation (OTCQX: TIGR) today announced that it will withdraw from quotation on the OTCQX Marketplace effective July 1, 2016. Starting July 5, 2016, the Company's stock will be quoted on the OTCPink Marketplace.

Previously, the Company announced its intention to divest its remaining operations, file a certificate of dissolution, wind up its business and liquidate its assets to stockholders. On April 1, 2016, the Company filed a Form 15 suspending its obligations to file reports under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The determination to suspend reporting obligations and withdraw from the OTCQX Marketplace are part of the Company's efforts to preserve capital for eventual distribution to stockholders.
