Partnership with affiliate First National Bank of Santa Fe expands into more branches.

SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO, USA, June 22, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Guardian Mortgage Company is expanding its footprint once again, this time with services in Santa Fe, New Mexico delivered at First National Santa Fe branches.

Guardian Mortgage Company, a Dallas, Texas-based mortgage originator and servicer with more than 50 years in the business began providing all primary home loans for its affiliate First National Bank of Santa Fe in September 2015. Through this partnership, Guardian Mortgage brings its resources and experience to the region while offering a personalized banking experience consistent with the high level of service First National has provided its communities since 1870.

Led by vice president and New Mexico area sales leader Bob Ortega, a seasoned mortgage professional, the Santa Fe team includes several long-time local mortgage professionals, including branch manager Michaelann Cavazos, vice president of sales Marita DeVargas, senior loan officer Cassandra Delgado, as well as loan officer Monie Blum. They operate from the First National Santa Fe branches at 62 Lincoln Ave. and 1672 Hospital Drive. An additional loan officer, Mandi George, will be located in nearby Los Alamos at the First National Santa Fe branch at 1910 Trinity Drive.

Though Guardian's Santa Fe office may be new to town, First National and Bob Ortega are not. In fact, another Bob Ortega – the brother of Ortega's grandfather - actually served as vice president of First National years ago, back in the 1950s and '60s. Ortega came from Los Alamos National Bank to follow in his family member's footsteps this April.
