/EINPresswire.com/ -- TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/22/16 -- Brownstone Energy Inc. announced a name change to ThreeD Capital Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a ten (10) old to one (1) new basis. No fractional common shares will be issued pursuant to the Consolidation, and any fractional common shares that would otherwise be issued will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 12,979,428

Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on June 23, 2016.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, June 22, 2016. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the consolidation.
