The pop rock star has returned with a new hit, "Just Like Fire", which was recorded for the soundtrack of "Alice Through the Looking Glass", a follow-up to Tim Burtons' "Alice in Wonderland". The song has burnt up the charts, entering the top 10 of Billboard Hot 100. As excited as fans are, AceShowbiz.com picked Pink as its Artist of the Week for the 25th week of 2016 (please refer to http://www.aceshowbiz.com/music/artist/2016_25.html) to help her celebrate earning her 15th top 10 single throughout her career so far.
The 36-year-old singer last released her studio album as a solo artist in 2012 ("The Truth About Love"), but she had done a lot in the last four years. The "Try" songstress launched a collaborative album titled "Rose Ave" with Dallas Green of City and Colour under the moniker You+Me in October 2014 and later debuted a new theme song, "Todays the Day", for "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in September 2015.
Earlier this year, she also recorded a cover of The Beatles song "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" for Netflix's original series "Beat Bugs" and a cover of "White Rabbit" for the Disney movie, "Alice Through the Looking Glass".
Look forward to more new music or even a new studio album from Pink soon as it has been reported that she registered two other new tracks, "Love Me Anyways" and "Recovering".
