On March 23, 2016, DS Healthcare revealed that its financial statements for the two fiscal quarters ended June 30, 2015 and September 30, 2015 were found to have revenue recognition errors and improper recording of certain equity. The Company also announced that the Audit Committee and independent counsel had initiated an investigation in connection with the company’s President, Daniel Khesin, and that Mr. Khesin had been dismissed.
