"Rock The Street" Falkville, Alabama: Trains,Trolleys and Country Music Stars
FALKVILLE, AL--(Marketwired - May 26, 2016) - Steven C Johnson, CEO of Mona Lisa Bistro LLC, announced today that the Mona Lisa Bistro will be one of the major sponsors of "Rock The Street," a free 3-day street festival on June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in Falkville, Alabama (www.rockthestreet.org). This festival planning began when the Mona Lisa Bistro (www.Monalisabistro.com) made national news with its induction into the National Register of Dining Car Restaurants. The full size trolley inside the Mona Lisa Bistro is a private dining room that will serve as the VIP suite for the stars and VIP guests during "Rock the Street."
"A festival like no other is coming to this little Alabama town," Johnson says with a smile.
Falkville has been preparing for this event for months with major planning and hard work, including blocking off streets and adding extra staff to manage the anticipated 2,000 attendees per day, live musical guests, vendors, food trucks, and amusement rides. Johnson says, "Police Chief Chris Free is very excited to show festival attendees that the town of Falkville is a vibrant and dynamic community."
LINEUP includes:

Grammy winner Bryan White
America's Got Talent finalist and country music legend Marty Brown ("I'm from the Country")
Lila McCann will be performing her platinum hit "Down Came The Black Bird" and "I Want to Fall in Love."

This event is free to the public, with a suggested donation of nonperishable food items and canned goods for the Carpenters Cabinet Food Pantry. Johnson says, "Rock the Street is offered as a charitable, family friendly alternative to the 40,000 person soldout Rock the South festival a few miles away in Cullman. I am grateful to the stars who are taking time out of their busy schedules to help this cause."
