Sublett will oversee all marketing functions globally to drive awareness for Rackspace as the #1 managed cloud provider.

Sublett brings more than 17 years of technology sales and marketing experience to Rackspace. In her previous role as CMO of Americas at Rackspace, she was responsible for driving demand generation through events, field and channel marketing, ecommerce, telesales and digital marketing. Before coming to Rackspace, she held a variety of sales and marketing leadership positions at Dell. Most notably, Sublett served as the executive director of marketing for Dell Latin America, where she managed all facets of marketing across multiple channels including digital, offline, retail, distribution and value added resellers. In this role, Sublett helped drive record pipeline growth and conversion of leads to sales, in the region, while doubling marketing's contribution to the business.

Sublett has received numerous professional honors throughout her career. She was recently named a 2016 Henry Crown Fellow.
