ABOUT TUL:
The Ulmer Institute is a 501(c)(3) organization focused on treating, researching, and training professional and community leaders on issues relating to urban psychological trauma and resulting PTSD and trauma spectrum disorders. The current construct of the American health system is not able to deliver quality care to a massive population in need. The Ulmer Institute will fill that void as the premier trauma treatment and research institute in The United States. Its methods will be rooted heavily in partnership with the Israeli psychological community, the Jewish community, Los Angeles-based clinics, hospitals, centers of faith, and research universities.

Hosted by Dr. Kenneth C. Ulmer and Consul General of Israel David Siegel with Emcee, Emmy Award-winning journalist Shaun Robinson. Honoring Dr. Eyal Fruchter, Israeli Defense Force Colonel, Chief Psychologist and PTSD Researcher. Additional guests include Inglewood Mayor James T.
