South and Central Asia: Assistant Secretary Biswal Travel to Dhaka
Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Nisha Desai Biswal will travel to Dhaka, Bangladesh this week.
While in Dhaka, the Assistant Secretary will meet with government officials to discuss the broader bilateral relationship and issues of shared concern regarding security. She will also meet with the embassy community, and hold discussions with local human rights and civil society organizations.
