(the "Corporation") (TSX: IRD) held on May 11, 2016 in Saskatoon, SK. Each of the matters voted upon at the Annual and Special Meeting is discussed in detail in the Corporation's management Proxy and Information Circular dated March 14, 2016.

The voting results for each matter presented at the annual meeting are provided below:

1.  Election of Directors. The seven director nominees proposed by
    management were elected as directors. The results are as follows:

    Corporation's amended and restated Stock Option Plan.
