Tamil Nadu Elections: Vote for AIADMK to strengthen Jayalalitha’s leadership - appeals Tamil for Obama
Tamils for Obama appealed to Tamil Nadu voters to vote for AIADMK to re-elect Jeyalalitha as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
By re-electing Jeyalalitha, people of Tamil Nadu and Tamils around the world, including Eelam Tamils will benefit enormously said Tamils for Obama.
Tamils for Obama highlighted some of the achievements of Jeyalalitha:
1. Jeyalalitha is one of the first leaders who championed the creation of separate country for Tamils in the Island of Sri Lanka called Tamil Eelam, in order to protect Eelam Tamils and to save them from genocide.
2. She championed the importance of holding a Referendum to get the wishes of Eelam Tamils and to hold an international investigation for the mass killing of Eelam Tamils by the Sri Lankan Government.
3. While Hilary Clinton is about to get elected as US President, Jeyalalitha becoming Tamil Nadu Chief Minister will protect Eelam Tamils.
4. It was after Clinton – Jeyalaitha meeting in 2011 that US took the lead in sponsoring a Sri Lanka Resolution at the UN Human Rights Council.
5. Clinton – Jeyalalitha cooperation will help Tamil Nadu to achieve economic growth.
For these reasons, Tamils for Obama is appealing to Tamil Nadu voters to vote for AIADMK and to re-elect Jeyalalitha as their Chief Minister.
