New Animations Added to Scientific & Medical Art (SMART) Imagebase
Publisher Nucleus Medical Media Adds Over 7 Hours of Animations to the Database of Educational Images and Animations
/EINPresswire.com/ -- ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - May 11, 2016) - Nucleus Medical Media, Inc., announced today that the company has added over 7 hours of narrated 3D animations to the Scientific & Medical Art (SMART) Imagebase, a subscription website with over 25,000 medical illustrations and animations.
The new animations are the latest in a series on biology, oncology, anatomy and physiology. The biology animations, covering topics like cell structure and function, were written by award-winning Atlanta, Georgia high school science teacher Joanne Jezequel to conform to Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for Grades 9 - 12. The content is also appropriate for advanced middle school students and remedial college students.
The new oncology animations cover breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and prostate cancer. They are available in both English and Spanish. The new anatomy and physiology animations are written for undergraduate nursing education and advanced high school students.
