/EINPresswire.com/ -- DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - May 04, 2016) - The Dallas, Texas-based wholesale colocation provider, Carrier-1 Data Centers, has completed its SOC 1 Type II report prepared in accordance with the AICPA's Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16. The audit provided an examination of Carrier-1's system of internal procedures to ensure the suitability of design and operating effectiveness of applicable controls.

Completing the SOC report as well as meeting critical compliance requirements such as PCI, HIPPA, FedRAMP, FISMA and Sarbanes-Oxley further demonstrates Carrier-1's ability to mitigate security and availability risks.
