The session, part of mhca's National Innovation Incubator program, will feature case studies of best practice models from across the United States. The session will be held at the Westin Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The session will feature case study presentations by:

This half-day event will launch with an overview from OPEN MINDS' Senior Associate, A. Robert Dunbar, M.P.A, M.Ed on the primary care market, trends in reimbursement, and key issues relevant to sustainability specific to behavioral health organizations adding primary care service lines followed by two case study presentations. After the case study presentations, an interactive discussion session is planned where the faculty will discuss critical success factors for the operation and management of primary care and how to leverage integrated care models to do more population health management.
