Lufkin ER is proud to be servicing the community with a fully operational, state-of-the art emergency center located at 2807 S. First Street, next to Ralph & Kacoos. Lufkin ER held a Chamber Ribbon Cutting Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 10 am and a Business After Five at 5:30 pm for the Lufkin community and the surrounding businesses. Citizens of Lufkin toured our facility, enjoyed delicious food, and were given a chance to win a TV, Fitbit, $100 Visa gift card, and gift baskets filled with Lufkin ER goodies.
The morning started off with the Chamber of Lufkin Ribbon Cutting and Tomè Catering serving brunch. After the Ribbon Cutting, we had KICKS 105.11 and THE BULL 103.3 do a live remote at the facility. During the live remote, we had a prize wheel, a giveaway of promotional items, and a tour of the facility. Lufkin ER's Business After Five had an excellent turnout of professionals from local businesses that came to show their support. Lufkin ER offered several door prizes, exceptional fine dining from Tomè Catering, beverages from Brookshire Brothers, and live entertainment from Bryan Harkness and Kevin Carter.
