(OTC: RSII), a company focused in undervalued opportunities in entertainment, media and hospitality, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary TomCat Films LLC has acquired Worldwide Rights to Exorcist: House of Evil.

Written and Directed by David Trotti, and based on a true story, a young woman returns to her old family home, the site of an infamous exorcism, and discovers the devil never left. The film was shot in the actual house where the real-life exorcism case in which William Peter Blatty based his novel and subsequent film, 'The Exorcist', took place.

The film is produced by Trotti, David Payne and Jeff Lewis and stars Connor Trinneer (Star Trek: Enterprise) and Amy Holland Pennell (Lost Angels, The Interns).

During the shoot, filmmakers captured both audible and visible paranormal activity which has been left in the film giving those who dare to watch a unique look into one of the most infamous homes in America and possibly exposing them to the devil still lurking within.

Producer Jeff Lewis and TOMCAT COO, Ted Chalmers negotiated the acquisition with U.K. Distribution picked up by 4Digital Media. Chalmers has arranged a sale to Epix and a DVD release through TomCat DVD is scheduled for July 2016.
