Buy Side Pro Scott Henry Joins Dalfen America Corp.

He will be responsible for pursuing new investments throughout select markets in the U.S. while taking a leading role on the company's Dallas based acquisitions team.

Mr. Henry is an industry veteran with over 20 years' experience, who has transacted on over 10 million square feet of property in excess of $1,000,000,000. Prior to joining DAC, he was Director of Acquisitions for Dallas based Mohr Capital, LLC, where he focused on acquiring industrial and office assets throughout the country. Prior to this, Mr. Henry was the Director of Acquisitions at Westmount Realty Capital and Vice President of Acquisitions with BH properties. Mr. Henry began his career as a credit analyst with First American Bank. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
