Dr. Anderson's more than two decades of experience cover research and project leadership in selection tool development and validation, recruitment and retention, standards development and certification, job analysis, development of educational and training requirements, leadership development, and assessment of persons with disabilities. Published works include topics on assessment assembly to improve predictive performance, using simulation to inform cut scores, career management for re-entering the job market and others.
