Multifamily Leader Based in Seattle

In this role, she will drive new business development in the region while overseeing a portfolio of 6,500 market rate and affordable apartment homes and a team of four regional property managers. Gammie reports to Eric Schwabe, executive vice president of Pinnacle's western division.

Gammie comes to Pinnacle with experience in multiple roles, markets and product types such as new construction lease-ups, renovations and value-add properties. She was most recently with MG Properties where she transformed her team from the lowest- to the highest-performing in the region and set the all-time company record for highest average audit scores in her territory. There, Gammie also surpassed all operational goals for her portfolio to deliver her clients with the highest possible return on their investment. Her history of success is widespread with other multifamily property management firms as well, including BRE Properties, Lyon Communities, Orion Real Estate and JPI.

Gammie is a Certified Property Manager Candidate and holds a California Real Estate License. She attended Kings River College in Reedley, Calif.
