Dr. Lourdes Pitocchi to provide services at its newest location with extended hours

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, February 24, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- -- 24/7 Pediatric Care Centers announces it has expanded with the opening of its new location in Orange Park. The center is located at 1543 Kingsley Avenue in Suite 9 of the Kingsley Village Medical Complex. The practice is an acquisition. 24/7 Pediatric Care Center purchased the former practice from the retiring Dr. Daya Patel who practiced in Orange Park for over 20 years. 24/7 Pediatric Care Centers, based in Jacksonville, now has three locations providing expert pediatric care.

Patients at the Orange Park center will see Lourdes Pitocchi, MD and Gina Wilson, ARNP. Pitocchi is a native of Cuba who has called North Florida home since 1969. She joined 24/7 Pediatric Care Centers in 2005 and has been a pediatrician for 24 years. Gina Wilson, ARNP joined 24/7 Pediatric Care Centers' team in 2014 after earning a master’s degree from Duke University.

The acquisition makes 24/7 Pediatric Care Centers one of the largest, locally-based and privately-owned multi-location pediatric groups serving the city. The organization was founded on the premise that modern families need more flexibility in their schedules while also needing access to quality care from a physician who knows them and their child rather than visiting an urgent care center or an expensive and busy emergency room.

It is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
