Recent Leasing Success Spurs Development of Additional 120,000 Square Foot Area

DURHAM, NC--(Marketwired - February 23, 2016) - Sentinel Data Centers, a leading owner and operator of enterprise-grade colocation data centers, announced today that it will significantly expand its NC-1 facility in Durham, NC building out 120,000 gross square feet, 50,000 square feet of "white space" and up to 10 megawatts of critical load.

Sentinel has pre-leased capacity within the "Phase II" expansion and intends to bring the facility addition online in the summer of 2016.
