(TSX VENTURE: LRA) of Vancouver, British Columbia by purchases made through the TSX Venture Exchange an average price of $0.244 per share.

I now have ownership of 2,899,333 common shares (representing 9.26% of Lara's outstanding common shares) and options to purchase an additional 525,000 common shares. If the options were exercised, I would have ownership of 3,424,333 common shares (representing 10.76% of the outstanding shares of Lara).

The shares were acquired for investment purposes.
