/EINPresswire.com/ -- TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/03/16 -- EasyMed Technologies Inc. announced a name change to Easy Technologies Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a ten (10) old to one (1) new basis. No fractional common shares will be issued pursuant to the Consolidation. Fractional shares that are less than one-half of a share will be deemed cancelled and fractional shares of one-half or more will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.

As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,796,329

Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on February 5th 2016. Please note the symbol will not change.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on February 4th, 2016. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the consolidation.
