Support Builds for Official Romania Oil & Gas Summit with Major Associations on Board

BSEC, RBSTA and ROPEPCA join The Romanian Petroleum Club in support of the Romania Oil and Gas Summit taking place in Bucharest from 16 - 17 March 2016

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA, January 14, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Support continues to grow for the inaugural Romania Oil & Gas Summit (ROGS) with news that three leading industry associations; the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC), the Romanian Black Sea Title Holders Association (RBSTA) and the Romanian Petroleum Exploration and Production Companies Association (ROPEPCA) have all become supporting partners of the event taking place 16-17th March 2016 in Bucharest.

The three associations join The Romanian Petroleum Club who is also actively engaged with ROGS and promoting to its members and the International Gas Union who will be delivering an important keynote in the opening session alongside H.E. Victor Grigorescu, Minister of Energy

ROGS is patronised, hosted and developed in conjunction with Romania’s Ministry of Energy. It is the only event to focus entirely on the role Romania is currently playing and more importantly, can potentially play in the regional and wider European hydrocarbons industry.

Government and industry leaders including H.E. Victor Grigorescu, Minister of Energy, Elena Popescu, Cabinet Director General, Energy & Environment Directorate, Kinga Daradics, CEO, Mol Group Romania and David French, CEO, Bankers Petroleum to name but a few, will provide delegates with invaluable insight into the opportunities and priorities available across the region.

The two-day event will feature a strategic overview led by the ministry, followed by three distinct sessions, focusing on:
