CEO of FAAIF, Camille Paldi, announces that the Inter-faith Finance and Economics Association (IFFEA) will be launched at the Dubai International Business and Social Sciences Conference in Dubai, UAE on Jan. 23, 2016. The purpose of IFFEA will be to promote the study, examination, analysis, discussion, and presentation of various faith-based modes of finance such as Christian, Jewish, and Islamic finance and economics as well as financial and economic principles found in the different religions, philosophies, and cultures from around the world. Paldi encourages people of all faiths, religions, nationalities, and cultures to come together in future IFFEA events in order to discuss and compare financial and economic paradigms, problems, and solutions.

The Dubai International Business and Social Science Research Conference (DIBSRC) will be chaired by Dr. Muhammad Hanif, Associate Professor and hosts Keynote Speaker, Dr. Kabir Hasan, Hibernia Professor of Economics and Finance at University of New Orleans, USA. In this unique and exciting inter-faith finance and banking event, paper submissions are welcome on the topics of conventional and faith-based finance, banking, accounting, business, e-commerce, start-up funding, private equity, and venture capital. In addition, the financial system shall be explored including framework, ethics, continuity, and crisis.
