The similarly small Lumix DMC-ZS60 comes equipped with an 18.1MP 1/2.3" High Sensitivity MOS sensor, similar 4K capabilities and a whopping 30x zoom in a slender body.

The Panasonic DMC-ZS100 is a full-featured point-and-shoot, thanks to its large 1-inch 20.1MP High Sensitivity MOS sensor and Leica DC Vario-Elmarit 10x zoom lens. The 25-250mm equivalent focal-length range, 5-axis Hybrid O.I.S., and top expanded sensitivity of ISO 25600 make for the perfect travel camera. Files can be recorded in either raw or JPEG, and the included 4K Photo modes allow you shoot 8MP stills at 30 fps. A unique Post Focus function also makes use of the 4K Photo recording, and lets you select an exacting point of focus after shooting. Support for 4K, 3840 x 2160 video recording in either 24p or 30p is available, along with HD and SD recording options. Additionally, the sleek body incorporates both an electronic viewfinder and 3.0" rear touchscreen for viewing versatility, while built-in Wi-Fi allows wireless image sharing and remote camera control from a smartphone or tablet.
The smaller and slimmer Lumix DMC-ZS60 has the distinction of a 30x Leica DC Vario-Elmarit lens, offering an expansive 24-720mm equivalent focal length range, and its 18.1MP 1/2.3" High Sensitivity MOS sensor and Venus Engine processor allow for a top continuous shooting rate of 40 fps with an electronic shutter. As with the ZS100, 4K UHD movie recording is supported at 30p, and can also be used for stills via the 4K Photo modes, and Post Focus is supported with this model, too. It houses the same 3.0" 1.04m-dot touch-screen LCD and electronic viewfinder, as well as built-in Wi-Fi.
