("Nordex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NXX) Nordex announced today that Sean Conroy has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed Joe Hunnisett, a member of the Board of Directors, to act as interim Chief Financial Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant and has worked with several large manufacturing and distribution companies in a variety of senior financial and executive positions including Corporate Controller, Director of Manufacturing, CFO, President and CEO. The Board will appoint an independent member to act as Audit Committee Chair, a position that has been held by Mr. Hunnisett.
